How to Book

To book the Armathwaite Old School Hall, please complete the form below.

There are two areas available to hire:

  • The Main Hall - accommodating up to 120 people with seating for 100.

  • The Committee Room - provides a more intimate setting, accommodating up to 8 people.

Booking Fees:

  • Main Hall - £25 per session (excluding heating)

  • Committee Room - £20 per session (heating included)

A session is Morning, Afternoon or Evening, or any part of each. Or you can hire by the hour.

Events Calendar

We are in the process of moving all of our bookings into an online google calendar which you are able to view.

Please do not rely on this for any enquiries about availability whilst we are in transition.

Cleaning
If you require cleaning, this will be an additional charge.

Electricity

Electricity for heating the main hall (downstairs) is by coin meter. Please ensure you have a supply of £1 coins if it's cold.

While this might seem a little old-fashioned, it helps us manage rising energy costs and keep the hall affordable and accessible for the whole community. We appreciate your understanding and support.
